upon order, the ETA was in 2 days. Product was never shipped. Phone number for them was not easily published. So I called American Express and disputed the charge after month. I further tried to contact the company and found a number. I call Amex again and closed the charge back. They still had issues processing the order. Ended up cancelling the order completely.

Cannot order digital gift card from Canada yet it shows in Canadian dollars in the shopping cart. Website states that you can ship to Canada. Apparently not.

I’m very impressed with Figs customer service. Yes, I was disappointed that I received just one of the two items I’d ordered. But I called right away and had the second item the very next day. They processed it immediately and overnighted it. You just don’t see customer service like that anymore.

I've orderd a top and a bottom (S), scrub top is ridiculously small.. now I want to send the top back, but I have found out I only have to go to DHL to send it back and the only DHL it's not just for collection is over 25 kilometres drive from me, so guys think twice before ordering one

Good material but very overpriced. Sizing is way off- I am a size S/UK 8 and their S was large on me (I ordered a regular fit, not the oversized one!). The scrub trousers kept sliding off and were too baggy. Long despite being advertised as petite length (I am 5'3). The slits at the bottom make it feel like a flapper/bell bottom. Very unhappy with the purchase given I paid so much, waited so long for delivery AND international return/exchange will be such a pain!

Shipping to Australia can be a little slow if stuck at customs, however the returns & customer service of FIGS are outstanding! We love the uniforms and the customer service - particularly by Madigen - just tops it off. Couldn't recommend them more :)

Definitely not worth the price, i got two pairs same style just different colors in the same size and both fit different. Also if you're an athlete and have bigger glutes and small waist Definitely they dont fit right. Tight on the legs, glutes and too big on the waist

I washed and dried my scrubs like indicated on the website. I sent an email because they came out like gunnysacks everyone of them. There was no response to my emails then when I called they said they never got my emails. I had to end up sending pictures two times in different emails! The customer service representatives said they would replace my order. They replaced one top then wanted to give me a 15% off coupon for the rest of my $300 order they did not want to replace what they said they were going to replace. I do not recommend figs at all. They are over priced scrubs you can get better customer service, quality and a more comfortable scrub at your local uniform place for cheaper price. Do not waste your money on FIGS!!

I was referred by a friend and suppose to receive $20 off my purchase being a first time customer. I wasn’t give code nor was the amount coming off at checkout. I reached out to support staff who stated a I had to prove my friend has spent over $100 with company in order to me receive. It seemed like more of a hassle I shouldn’t have to ask someone to send me prove so I can send to company. I wrote a review to company, AGAIN useless. They said it is for new customers, I am a new customer! False advertisement and poor customer service!!!

Highly disappointed with the scrubs and the price. I own 6 pairs and 4 of them are no longer usable, or at least not the pants. The drawstring on 4/6 pair broke on one side and they sew the drawstring in the rear so you cannot thread new cordage through. I complained to the company and they offered me 15% off my next order. I consider this a workmanship defect. Once or twice is a coincidence but 4/6 is habit. I will no longer be purchasing their scrubs. I love the material, but the drawstring is cheap, despite the enormous prices.

This is one USA company I can count on Their stylish uniforms I have seen compared to New Zealand and Australia put together. They are amazing and has been consistently great Awesomeness Packaging 10/10 Keep up the good work Figs How you feel bad wearing their Nurses Scrubs .

The sizing is always inconsistent. I have 4 pairs of large scrub pants in different colors and they all fit different. idk why I keep buying them and thinking they will be better.

Great Customer Service and Return policy! Bought 2 sets of their scrubs but the fit were not right and I decided to return them. Their online return portal was very easy to navigate and I received refund the very next day after I dropped off the package to Fedex. It was a smooth and easy transaction! Only wish that FIGS will make it easier for customer to choose the right cut/length/fit of their products. I still cannot tell the differences between their many scrub tops, and between their numerous numbers of pants.

I loved the thought of Figs before I actually purchased some. They LOOK nice but they aren’t actually very comfortable. The elastic waistband isn’t very elastic and it is actually very uncomfortable to wear the pants because of it. The material that these products are made out of is not very comfortable in general, it’s not very stretchy either. All in all I feel like these scrubs are just a fad. It’s also a red flag that there is no option on their website to leave a review….

Sizing is inconsistent. I had a V neck top size in Fuschia and matching joggers. I accidentally ruined the top. They were sold out of the v neck so I ordered the other top that was matching in a medium. It’s super tight so now I have to return it and get a large. This has happened multiple times in the past even when ordering the exact same style!
